3. Athlete Participation (Colts Collective)

By registering with Colts Collective, athletes agree to have their details (including name, sport, and social media handles) shared with brand partners for potential campaign opportunities.

Athletes also grant Colts Marketing the right to use their name, image, likeness, and submitted content for campaign promotion, reporting, and marketing purposes.

Participation in Colts Collective is free but does not guarantee selection for paid opportunities.
4. Intellectual Property

All creative materials produced by Colts Marketing (including websites, graphics, photos, and videos) remain the property of Colts Marketing until full payment has been received.

Athletes and brands grant Colts Marketing a royalty-free license to use campaign-related content for portfolio, promotional, and case study purposes.
5. Limitations of Liability

While Colts Marketing provides expertise and campaign support, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as sponsorships, sales, or engagement levels.

Colts Marketing shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
6. Termination

Colts Marketing reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms are breached.

Clients may cancel services with written notice, subject to agreed cancellation terms in their service agreement.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland/England
